What happens if I, or my child is sick and I am not able to attend my lesson?
It is important for you to contact Vocalise as soon as possible by text or email. Due to the high demand of lesson times, make-up lessons are based on availability and limited to a maximum of one lesson a term. You are responsible for scheduling your make-up lesson with your teacher within 7 days.
I will be on holidays for 2 weeks; will I have to pay for my lessons?
If you provide Vocalise with a written notice by text or email at least 2 weeks notice, you will not be charged for the lessons. The maximum time we can hold your booking is 2 weeks. After this time, you can opt to reserve your lesson time at $15 per week or your lessons may become available for other students on a waiting list.
Do you provide MAKE-UP lessons?
Make-up lessons are organised through your teacher and are offered under the teacher's discretion. Make-up lessons are subject to availability and is not guaranteed. Missed lessons cannot be credited.
Do you accept payments by credit card?
We accept payments by Cash, EFTPOS (cheque, savings) Bankcard, Visa and Mastercard. There is a 3% transaction fee for transactions $50 or less.
Can I sit and watch the lessons?
We encourage parents of our younger students to come in and sit down in the first lesson to get an understanding on how our lessons are run. We also have open days at the end of each term to allow parent and teacher to communicate and provide feedback on any comments and suggestions they may have.
Have your teachers been screened for "Working with Children Check?"
Vocalise is registered with the Employment Screening unit which is administered by NSW Department of Education and Training. All Vocalise teachers are approved by The Employment Screening Unit and working with children.
