Phinemm Nelson, the owner and founder of Vocalise 
absolutely loves what she does. Growing up in an environment of music and a family of artists, she was bound to eventually work in this field which she has been working in full time for the last 9 years. During her teens she worked with amazing performers such as Jenny Morris, Tim Finn (Crowded House) Human Nature, Nathan Foley (Former member of Hi-5), Umbilical Brothers and many more. She has toured, recorded, performed on live television, appeared at many live shows from the Entertainment Centre to Twin Towns at the Goldcoast, and has won major competitions including the Campbelltown Catholic Club's Star Quest winning over $10,000.
Thanks to her supporting parents Phinemm has over 15 years experience in the industry which has led her to meet some amazing people on the way. Her experience and knowledge is something you can't study for or put a price on and not only will you learn how to play an instrument or sing, you will also learn self development, self confidence and most of all how to have fun!
Over the last nine years, Vocalise has developed some amazing talent, produced over twenty musicals and concerts and provided great opportunities for students wanting have a career in music.
One of the most awesome things Vocalise has to offer their students is the creation of amazing life-long friendships, a great social network and being consistently surrounded by an encouraging and supportive environment, amazing talent and fun loving people. Growing up in Campbelltown, Phinemm is driven by wanting to give back to the community who has offered her so many opportunities. She is continually working on fresh ideas and exciting projects for Vocalise which keeps the 'exciting buzz' alive each year.
