When registering with Vocalise, you are required to pay your lesson bond, registration fee and your lesson fees in the current month or term.
Lesson Bonds (if not forfeited) will be refunded into a nominated account at the end of the year or carried over to the new year.
Cancellations or absent notices are required twenty four hours prior to your lesson time and needs to be emailed or sent by text message. No credits are provided for missed lessons.
Missed lessons without notification by email or text will result in forfeiting of your lesson bond.
Make-up lessons for private classes are to be organised directly with your teacher at his/her discretion and is based on availability. These lessons are limited to one lesson per term and are not transferrable to the next term.
There are no make-up lessons for Group Classes, Workshops and Concert Work.
All late payments will incur a $5 late fee increasing by $5 each week. After the 3rd week, your teacher will be notified and lessons will be put ON HOLD until your fees are up to date.
Registration and lesson fees are non-refundable.
Lesson fees are transferrable to other lessons or classes.
